Auntie Kim Sliced some chicken and marinated in half a jar. Pan fried / stir fried the chicken then added some thinly sliced onion and vegetables. Returned the meat and added a little peanut butter and coconut milk. And served with noodles.
Will definitely purchase again. A quick, tasty and easy dinner! Preapared this one in the caravan. Could cope with a little more heat/ spice. Plan to try a few more marinades.
